Nobuaki Koyama is engaged in green building consulting as well as design and maintenance for sustainable landscape at CSR Design & Landscape Co., Ltd. He has been supporting CSR Design group since it was established in 2006, and was appointed as Director in 2011. Nobu started out his career in financial industry and spent almost 20 years at various global financial institutions including 4years working experience in London. Now he focuses on relating building sustainability to financial performance. Nobu is LEED-AP ID+C and serves as a member of CASBEE Office Tenant Exploratory Subcommittee. He is also the founding member of Green Building Japan, a LEED professional organization in Japan as Auditor. He has Certified Public Account In-active License from Guam Board of Accountancy.
